You can cancel your tickets up to 7 days before the event. You will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Subsequent cancellations will not be accepted.

For reservations and table requests, please send us your request using the Questions/Inquiries form. To do so, fill in all text fields and also state the number of people.

Yes, card payment is possible, but only at the entrance for tickets at the box office. Card payment is NOT possible for food and drinks.
